Lancaster FC Financial Aid & Pricing

At Lancaster FC, we are committed to making high-level soccer accessible to all players. Financial aid is available for families who require assistance. Please carefully review the following information before applying.

Application Deadline

The deadline to submit all required financial aid documentation is July 31st of the season you are applying for.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Players must be registered with Lancaster FC for the season before submitting an application.

  • Applicants must be current on all club and team payments to remain eligible. Failure to stay up to date may result in disqualification.

  • Financial aid awards, if granted, will be applied toward the final club fee payments for the current season.

  • Decisions made by the Lancaster FC Financial Aid Committee are final and will be communicated within one week of a players submission.

Application Process

To be considered for financial aid, applicants must submit all required documents as outlined below. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

  1. Submit Financial Documents

    • Email your most recent Federal Tax Return (Form 1040, pages 1 & 2) AND W2s (or other annual income statements) to contact@lancasterfc.com.

    • Subject line: Financial Aid Request, Player’s full name & date of birth.

  2. Complete the Financial Aid Application

    • The application can be accessed through your PlayMetrics account once you receive an offer from Lancaster FC.

  3. Player & Family Commitment Review

    • For returning players, Lancaster FC may request feedback on:

      • Player’s attendance and punctuality at training and games.

      • Family participation in team and club commitments.

      • Financial standing with the team and club.

Volunteer Requirement

If approved for financial aid, families will be required to complete 10 volunteer hours for Lancaster FC events.

Confidentiality

All financial aid applications are reviewed confidentially by the Lancaster FC Financial Aid Committee. Coaches, team managers, or teammates will not have access to any financial information.
