In line with our promise to bring in the best, brightest, and most enthusiastic coaches who want to make a career out of coaching the game of soccer, Lancaster FC is currently open to candidates locally, domestically, and internationally. With the Lancaster FC structure and the broader COPA Holdings network, our coaches will have access to a wide range of opportunities—from rec program management to academy youth teams, and from pre-professional to professional level roles.

We are actively seeking candidates who are passionate about developing talent and pushing the boundaries of what our club can achieve. While ideal candidates hold UEFA A and B licenses, all qualified candidates will be considered for roles within the club. We are excited for the new era of Lancaster FC and are dedicated to competing at the highest levels of soccer.
